Jacob arrived for an initial inspection when he said he would, gave us a quote on the spot, and then arrived to undertake the clean a few days later (also as promised and on time). His truck and equipment are neat and tidy (which I see as a good sign from a tradesman) and he provided a very efficient, thorough, and courtious service. No more lichen !
